Attorney Carl Brugnoli practices throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island specializing in collections and civil litigation. 

Attorney Brugnoli received his B.A. from Boston College in psychology and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1999 and the Rhode Island Bar in 2001.

Attorney Brugnoli started his career working at one of the largest collection law firms in New England.  He worked at this firm for three years, and after a two-year stay at a small Boston area firm focusing on collections and real estate law, Attorney Brugnoli started his own practice in 2004, focusing on collections and civil litigation.  Attorney Brugnoli is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Creditor’s Association.

Attorney Jessica Deratzian practices throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts specializing in collections and personal injury law. 

Attorney Deratzian received her B.S. from the University of Rhode Island , summa cum laude in 2001 where she was a member of the international business honors society of Beta Gamma Sigma.  Attorney Deratzian received her J.D. from the New England School of Law in 2008.  She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008.  Attorney Deratzian is a member of the American Bar Association.
